The development encompasses approximately 21,000 square meters of Gross Leasable Area, integrating existing Kaufland and Bricomarché stores with a new 13,500 square meter retail park. All 30 available retail units have been leased. Tenants include brands such as Sinsay, CCC, Jysk, Smyk, Hebe, Media Expert, RTV Euro AGD, and the regional debut of Mr. DIY and Worldbox. In addition to retail, the complex will host dining options like McDonald’s and Da Grasso, a Medicover medical center, and a Well Fitness club. The project is expected to create approximately 300 jobs and serve an estimated 100,000 potential customers.
