Political tensions involving the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Trinamool Congress (TMC) have surfaced in West Bengal and Bihar.

In West Bengal, BJP MLA Sarbari Mukherjee criticized the TMC, alleging the party functions as a ‘limited company’ driven by family interests following the registration of FIRs against several TMC leaders. Mukherjee also noted rising public discourse regarding nationalist slogans and local conditions at Jadavpur University.

In Bihar, BJP leaders expanded their criticism to include the Indian National Congress and the TMC.
