Bolivian football club Blooming has undergone leadership changes following the departure of head coach Erwin ‘Platiní’ Sánchez. Sánchez left the team after 19 matches, recording five wins, six draws, and eight losses, a tenure that concluded after a 3-1 defeat against Oriente Petrolero in the Cruceño derby.

To replace Sánchez, Blooming has reached an agreement with Argentine coach Cristian Paulucci. Paulucci, who previously played in Bolivia for San José de Oruro, brings international management experience from stints in Chile, Mexico, Peru, and Spain.
