Actress Bluesy Burke, who portrays Charlotte Cassadine on the soap opera ‘General Hospital’, is adjusting her role to accommodate her education. While the character is being written out of the current storyline to attend a boarding school in Maine due to behavioral issues, Burke will not leave the series permanently.

To facilitate her studies at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York, executive producer Frank Valentini and Burke have arranged a schedule that allows her to return to the production during school breaks and holidays.
