The City of Bonn has entered into a lease agreement for approximately 5,100 square meters of office, storage, and parking space at the THE CORNER building in the Nordstadt district. 

The space, formerly occupied by DHL, will be used by the city’s municipal building management department to oversee roughly 872 municipal properties. The move, facilitated by real estate experts Greif & Contzen on behalf of owner Efimmo1, is intended to centralize staff to improve departmental efficiency and collaboration. The department is scheduled to relocate to the renovated premises by mid-2027.
