The Central Election Commission (CIK) of Bosnia and Herzegovina is implementing technological and administrative updates ahead of the General Elections scheduled for October 4, 2026. To modernize the process and prevent fraud, the CIK has introduced biometric identification devices and optical scanners for electronic ballot counting.
