Following Botafogo’s U-20 Women’s Carioca Championship victory, supporters expressed significant dissatisfaction with the infrastructure at the Nilton Santos Stadium annex. Complaints centered on poor organization, inadequate facilities—including limited portable toilets and food areas—and entry issues where fans were reportedly denied access despite visible empty seating.

In response to these complaints, Botafogo’s SAF has announced plans to upgrade stadium services and infrastructure. The club acknowledged that current standards are below desired levels and has prioritized improving the public experience. These improvements are expected to be visible to the public by early 2027.
