BrasilAgro announced the sale of land at Fazenda Rio do Meio in Correntina, Bahia. The transaction involves approximately 2,593 hectares sold at an average price of 425 bags of soybeans per hectare, for a nominal value of R$ 96.4 million.

The company expects to recognize a pre-tax accounting gain of approximately R$ 51 million in the first quarter of the 2026/2027 fiscal year. The sale represents roughly 2.9 times the book value of the area. The payment structure includes an initial installment of R$ 21.1 million already received, followed by four annual installments. BrasilAgro estimates an internal rate of return (IRR) of 26.2% in Reais and 20.9% in Dollars.

Additionally, the company entered into a lease agreement for another 383.44 hectares of the farm until June 2030, which includes a purchase option for the lessee through March 2028 at the same rate of 425 bags of soybeans per hectare.
