Several Brazilian football clubs have announced management and coaching changes ahead of the 2027 season.

Cruzeiro appointed Paulinho, a 38-year-old former Mirassol official, as its new football director on a two-season contract to oversee sporting planning. Meanwhile, Esporte Clube Caxias moved from negotiating to officially introducing Thiago Gomes as its coach for 2027. Gomes, who previously helped the club avoid relegation in 2024, aims to build a competitive squad within the club’s financial constraints.

Additionally, Serra confirmed the appointment of João Carlos Ângelo as head coach for the 2027 season, citing his extensive domestic and international experience.
