In the health sector, efforts in Salvador have expanded to include dental care advocacy, free strabismus screenings, and nutritional awareness through a ‘food traffic light’ program. In Camaçari, a cataract surgery marathon was conducted for over 120 individuals. Feira de Santana has confirmed that patients facing difficulties with the ‘Mais Saúde’ app can schedule exams in person at health units.
