Stefano Karadjov, director of the Fondazione Brescia Musei, reported approximately 400,000 annual users across the institution’s network, including museum visitors, exhibition attendees, and cinema spectators.

To commemorate the 2026 bicentennial of the Brescian Civic Museums, the foundation is launching the exhibition “Tesori, il grande romanzo dei musei bresciani, 1826-2026” on November 3. This exhibition will display over 100 collections, featuring works by artists such as Rembrandt, Dürer, and Romanino, as well as Etruscan and Egyptian artifacts.

Furthermore, a 15 million euro investment from the Ministry of Culture is facilitating a redevelopment project for the Roman Theatre, designed by architect Sir David Chipperfield.
