PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk launched Qlola Mobile as part of its ‘New Experience Qlola by BRI’ initiative. The application was designed to provide corporate clients with real-time access to monitor financial activities and approve transactions, such as transfers and payroll, via mobile devices.

By September 2026, the Qlola platform reported a transaction volume of Rp12,046 trillion, marking a 29.3 percent year-on-year increase. The user base grew by 32 percent to over 104,000 users. To support diverse sectors like agribusiness, mining, and telecommunications, BRI developed specialized tools including a Port Dashboard and a DHE Dashboard for exporters. This growth contributed to a 19.7 percent annual increase in the bank’s low-cost fund collection.
