Brno is managing various traffic and infrastructure developments. Following the summer holiday period, the city has returned to regular work traffic patterns. While congestion has reappeared in key areas like Úvoz and Koliště, officials noted that improved coordination of construction projects has helped avoid the total traffic collapses seen in previous years.

Ongoing infrastructure projects include single-lane regimes on the Zvonařka and Hybeš bridges, single-track tram services on Kníničská, and modernization work at the D1 and D2 highway intersection. 

In the Slatina district, new safety measures are being implemented on Kikrleho Street to protect students. These changes include converting the street to a one-way road, installing bollards to prevent illegal parking, and adding speed bumps. New parking provisions near Přemyslovo náměstí will also allow for limited 15-minute parking during school drop-off and pick-up windows.
