Brookfield has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of Reliance Worldwide Corporation, a global manufacturer of plumbing and heating solutions, for an enterprise value of approximately US$2.8 billion.

The all-cash proposal offers shareholders US$3.38 per share. The Reliance Board has unanimously recommended the deal, which is subject to shareholder, regulatory, government, and court approvals. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027.
