Buca Municipality has announced that registration for the 2026–2027 academic year at its Pırlanta Children's Play and Activity Centers will begin on August 17. 

Operating across six locations—Ufuk, Şirinyer, BucaKoop, Gediz, Kozağaç, and Yenigün—the centers provide free educational and activity programs for children aged 48 to 68 months. Deputy Mayor Hüseyin Benzer stated the project aims to ensure children receive high-quality education regardless of socio-economic status, thereby strengthening equality of opportunity in education.
