The Burriana City Council has initiated several local development projects. In late September, the council awarded a contract worth approximately 1.97 million euros to RAVI Obras, Transportes y Excavaciones SL for the construction of a new Port Health Center. This project, which includes environmental sustainability measures and extended warranties, aims to improve sanitary services for the Port Neighborhood Association.

In October, the council approved an agreement with the Valencian Housing and Land Entity (EVha) to develop approximately 48 social housing units on municipal land at 21 Roberto Roselló Gasch street. This initiative, part of the Plan Vive Comunitat Valenciana, targets affordable housing for young people in the Plana Baixa region. To support the project, the Municipal Plenary approved a 50% tax reduction on the Construction, Installations, and Works Tax (ICIO).
