Set in the fictional South European region of Felicia Bay, the game allows players to manage bus companies through story, career, and sandbox modes. A cooperative multiplayer mode supports up to four players with full cross-platform play. For the first time in the series, the simulation includes long-distance coach travel alongside city lines. Players can also assume specific roles such as drivers, ticket inspectors, or passengers, and interact with road incidents and in-game events.

The vehicle roster features over 45 licensed models from 13 manufacturers, including MAN, Scania, Iveco Bus, Mercedes-Benz, Setra, Volvo, Solaris Bus & Coach, HESS, and SAFRA. The lineup covers classic, articulated, double-decker, and electric bus types. Additionally, the PC version supports MOD integration via mod.io.
