# Bybit RLUSD Hold & Earn program phases

Bybit has implemented consecutive phases of its RLUSD Hold & Earn program, a rewards initiative powered by Ripple. 

In Phase 3, users could earn a base APR of up to 3.5% in RLUSD alongside a prize pool of 800,000 XRP. The program offered a bonus multiplier of up to 2.0x for continuous holdings of 90 days or more and featured 0% trading fees for the RLUSD/USDT spot pair. 

Phase 4 expanded the program with an increased XRP prize pool of 1.3 million. During this phase, the base APR for RLUSD rose to a maximum of 3.75%, while the 2x multiplier for long-term holders and the zero-fee structure for the RLUSD/USDT spot pair remained in place.
