CaixaBank has implemented a new organizational structure for its Wealth Management division and asset management business. As part of this restructuring, Juan Llamas has been appointed director of CaixaBank Wealth Management, succeeding Belén Martín. 

Under the new arrangement, Martín has been reassigned as Managing Director of the bank’s International Representation Offices, overseeing 18 centers across 16 countries. Additionally, Jordi Mondéjar, the bank’s Business Director, will join the board and take direct oversight of CaixaBank Asset Management to increase its transversal impact. The reorganization follows a period of growth for the wealth management segment, which reported €200 billion in assets under management as of April.
