Originally a small program at the Hospital Materno Infantil led by specialist Irazú Patricia Serna García, the initiative has expanded to a state-level event with support from the Comité Estatal de Patronatos y Voluntariados de Guanajuato (CEPAV). The program focuses on helping women reconstruct self-confidence following physical changes, such as mastectomies, and strengthening social support networks.
