National Career Week, organized by the Association of School and Vocational Counselors of the Republic of Poland, is scheduled for October 19 to 25. The initiative, themed ‘Man – the heart of every profession’, encourages community-based actions such as workshops and job fairs to assist with informed educational decisions. Specific events, such as a meeting in Kamienna Góra, aim to address the role of human competence in a labor market influenced by automation and artificial intelligence. Simultaneously, regional events are facilitating economic and professional growth. In the Podlaskie Voivodeship, the ‘Rozmowy 4Podlaskie’ series provides entrepreneurs with expert discussions on digitalization and finance. In Wielkopolska, events focus on regional competitiveness and recruitment support within the European labor market. Additionally, major job fairs are being held at the Rzeszów University of Technology and Białystok University of Technology, featuring dozens of companies across various sectors. ## Timeline ### 2026-10-13: Poland hosts regional business networking and career fairs Multiple business and career events are scheduled across Poland, including entrepreneur networking in Podlaskie, economic support meetings in Wielkopolska, and major job fairs in Rzeszów and Białystok. 10 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/podlaskie-entrepreneurs-to-receive-free-expert-workshops ### 2026-10-05: National Career Week 2026 to promote vocational counseling in Poland The National Career Week 2026 in Poland, themed ‘Man – the heart of every profession’, will run from October 19–25, featuring vocational counseling initiatives and regional career workshops. 2 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/national-career-week-2026-to-promote-vocational-counseling-in-poland --- Cite as: Career and business development initiatives in Poland.
