The 60th edition of the Carthage International Festival featured performances by prominent Lebanese singers. On August 15, 2026, Elissa performed at the Carthage Amphitheatre, marking her first appearance at the venue in 17 years. 

To conclude the festival, Majida El Roumi performed at the historic Roman amphitheater. Accompanied by a troupe of approximately 30 musicians and choristers directed by maestro Marco Abu Naoum, she performed a repertoire of classical Arabic poetry. The closing event was attended by a large audience and various officials, including diplomats and parliamentarians.
