Organizers have scheduled the 10KM International by WeCasablanca to take place on June 6, 2027. The event, managed by Casablanca Events & Animation, seeks to expand its reach following the 2026 edition, which drew 16,254 participants from 63 nationalities.

Following the 2026 competition, where Hicham Ouladha won the men’s race and Chane Fentaya Adane won the women’s title, officials aim to attract an even more robust lineup of international elite runners to promote the city globally.

In addition to the 10KM race, the ‘Crédit du Maroc Casablanca Marathon’ is scheduled for October 25. This 17th edition of the marathon expects approximately 15,000 runners across marathon, semi-marathon, and relay categories. The event has received the ‘Elite’ label from World Athletics and features a total prize pool of 2.2 million dirhams.
