Religious communities in Italy are organizing various ceremonies and commemorations related to the paths toward sainthood for several figures.

In early October, celebrations were scheduled to honor the canonization of Carlo Acutis in the parish of Santa Maria Segreta, an event noted for attracting international pilgrims. Concurrently, the Diocese of Aversa prepared to begin a diocesan inquiry for the beatification and canonization of Teresa Ruocco, featuring a Holy Mass and a Peace March.

Additional religious milestones were scheduled for later in the month, including the beatification of Mother Maria Ignazia Isacchi at the Basilica of Sant’Andrea in Mantua. In the Valle Camonica region, a series of events was planned to celebrate Blessed Annunciata Cocchetti, consisting of historical exhibitions, theatrical performances, and tours of conventual life.
