In the Philippines, Santo Domingo Church hosted an exhibit featuring relics of Saints Carlo Acutis and Pier Giorgio Frassati to mark the first anniversary of their canonization. The event, themed ‘Make Your Life a Masterpiece, Created for Greatness, Called to Holiness,’ included first-class relics, paintings, and books intended to inspire Catholic youth. Subsequent reports indicate continued public veneration of relics in other countries. In Luque, Paraguay, approximately 1,300 pilgrims from Paraguay and Argentina gathered at the Santuario Virgen del Rosario to venerate a relic of Carlo Acutis. Meanwhile, in Mérida, Mexico, the Templo Expiatorio de Nuestra Señora de la Consolación exhibited a first-degree relic of Padre Pío, specifically a fragment of a glove containing traces of blood from his stigmata. ## Timeline ### 2026-09-24: Religious relics of Carlo Acutis and Padre Pío undergo public veneration Catholic relics of saints Carlo Acutis and Padre Pío are being exhibited for public veneration in Luque, Paraguay, and Mérida, Mexico. 2 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/religious-relics-of-carlo-acutis-and-padre-po-undergo-public-veneration ### 2026-09-07: Santo Domingo Church hosts exhibit of Saints Carlo Acutis and Pier Giorgio Frassati An exhibit at Santo Domingo Church features the relics of Saints Carlo Acutis and Pier Giorgio Frassati to inspire young Catholics toward holiness in everyday life. 2 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/santo-domingo-church-hosts-exhibit-of-saints-carlo-acutis-and-pier-giorgio-frassati --- Cite as: Catholic saint relic exhibitions and veneration.
