The premiere served as a crossover event with ‘CIA’, featuring Necar Zadegan as CIA Deputy Chief of Station Nikki Reynard. The plot involves an investigation into the death of a young traveler linked to a top-secret government project. The season introduces significant character shifts: Maggie Bell is working with a new partner, Special Agent Isaiah Green, while OA Zidan operates in a new capacity following a fallout with Assistant Director in Charge Lawrence Green.

On October 12, the second episode, ‘Omissions’, aired, involving the murder of an undercover NYPD officer. On October 26, 2026, the episode ‘Reticence’ is scheduled to air. This episode follows an investigation into a connection between a series of murders and an infant's disappearance involving a rocket propulsion company.
