Cádiz CF has initiated a reorganization of its sporting leadership following a difficult start to the LaLiga Hypermotion season. The club officially appointed Borja Jiménez as the new first-team head coach, succeeding Albert Celades. Jiménez, who previously managed in Qatar, aims to improve the team’s standing and restore player confidence.

Alongside the managerial change, the club appointed Jesús Casas as the head of methodology to work with Juanma Cruz in defining the club’s sporting model. Further structural changes include the appointment of Alejandro Varela as head of the scouting department and a modification to Mario Fuentes’s role within the organization.
