Celta Fortuna is facing an increasing number of injuries within its squad, particularly affecting the defensive line. During a match against Córdoba, Pablo Gavián was forced to leave the pitch due to pain in his right knee. At the time, other players such as Alexis Olmedo, Anxo Rodríguez, and Hugo Cuenca were also sidelined or managing discomfort, while Bernard Somuah remained out with an ankle injury.

Following medical examinations, it was confirmed that Gavián suffered a rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee. He is expected to undergo surgery and will miss the remainder of the season. This loss further limits the team's options at the right-back position.
