In August 2026, various local organizations in Vietnam conducted charitable initiatives to support students facing difficult circumstances ahead of the 2026–2027 school year.

In Ho Chi Minh City, the Traffic Police Team No. 2, working with the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Phuoc Hai Commune, provided gifts and cash to over 70 students. This included support for academic achievers and the son of a fallen martyr. Colonel Le Quang Tuan noted the program aims to provide “material and spiritual encouragement” while strengthening community relations.

In Duc Nhan commune, the Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department and the local Party Committee distributed 20 gifts to students. This effort was part of a Vietnam Red Cross Society campaign and a “Skilled Mass Mobilization” model intended to encourage humanitarian participation through 2030.
