The integration of third-party services into ChatGPT is expanding through new plugins designed to facilitate specific user workflows. 

Initially, SurveyMonkey introduced a plugin that allows users to create, publish, and analyze surveys directly within the AI interface to gather human feedback. Following this, Airtasker launched a plugin enabling users to manage the entire task-booking process—including writing descriptions and assigning workers—without leaving the chat interface. Airtasker’s CEO, Tim Fung, noted that the integration aims to bridge the gap between receiving information from AI and completing actual jobs. Additionally, Airtasker introduced an MCP server to allow users to connect external AI agents, such as Claude or Cursor, to its platform.
