Civil society organizations in Chihuahua, including COPARMEX Chihuahua, Ciudadanos en Participación Activa (CEPAC), and Plan Estratégico de Juárez, have entered into a collaboration agreement to enhance citizen oversight of the State Congress and the Chihuahua City Council.

The initiative focuses on promoting accountability and informed participation by monitoring legislative activities. This includes utilizing a digital dashboard to track votes, attendance, initiatives, and agreements, as well as monitoring strategic council sessions. Furthermore, the partnership intends to support the #YoElijoRegidor referendum by facilitating citizen information and the collection of signatures required by the State Electoral Institute of Chihuahua.
