The final of the 2026 Copa de la Liga between Coquimbo Unido and O’Higgins, which serves to determine the ‘Chile 3’ spot for the 2027 Copa Libertadores, has faced repeated scheduling issues.

Initially confirmed for October 16 at the Claro Arena in Santiago, the match was rescheduled following previous delays involving weather and security concerns in Valparaíso. However, the October date was subsequently postponed for a second time after the Metropolitan Presidential Delegation denied authorization, citing weather conditions and an alluvial event in Las Condes.

A new match date has been confirmed for November 14 at the Santa Laura stadium.
