In the Valparaíso Region, ProChile and the Regional Center for Studies in Healthy Foods (CREAS) launched the Export Coaching Program 2026. This two-month technical initiative provided nine food sector companies with training in foreign trade, strategic analysis, and business planning to prepare them for international markets including Canada, the United States, Japan, and Germany. Ivo Sandoval, regional director of ProChile Valparaíso, stated the program provides the necessary professional development to help companies reach and maintain a presence in new destinations. Simultaneously, the Ministry of Economy, Development and Tourism is conducting training sessions in the Los Ríos region.
