He also became the third player in league history to score 50 or more touchdowns for multiple franchises. On October 10, McCaffrey and his wife, Olivia Culpo, announced the birth of their second child, a son named Roman Augustus McCaffrey, who was born on September 29, 2026. The couple, who married in June 2024, already have a daughter, Colette Annalise, born in July 2025. Culpo noted that the pregnancy was somewhat unexpected, as she discovered she was pregnant only six months after the birth of their first child. To ensure McCaffrey could be present for the delivery despite his NFL schedule, Culpo opted for a planned C-section on an off-day.
