Municipalities in Brazil are preparing various holiday celebrations and musical programming for the 2026 Christmas season.

In Curitiba, the 36th annual Palácio Avenida Christmas has scheduled six performances for mid-December under the theme ‘Encantares’. The event features a choir of 90 children and adolescents performing from the windows of the Palácio Avenida. This is part of a broader city-wide season including over 150 attractions.

In Paranavaí, local authorities are planning expanded lighting and new decorative elements in the commercial center to stimulate the local economy. The holiday schedule is set to begin in mid-November with musical performances, followed by special lighting installations in early December.
