The microbudget indie mystery thriller “Chronovisor,” directed by Jack Auen and Kevin Walker, is moving toward its United States theatrical debut. Following a premiere at the 2026 Rotterdam Film Festival, Grasshopper Films released an official trailer for the film.

The story follows Béatrice, an academic played by Anne-Laure Sellier, who becomes obsessed with the legend of the Chronovisor, an occult device rumored to reproduce historical visuals. The film is noted for its experimental style and its blend of time-travel theory with Vatican conspiracies. 

After an initial screening at Film at Lincoln Center, the film has transitioned into a limited theatrical release across the United States.
