In September 2026, she performed at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas, where she discussed women’s health and HIV prevention during a podcast panel. She also announced a collaboration with Kidz Bop to launch a competition for aspiring child stars. Her pregnancy was officially announced by Ciara and her husband, Russell Wilson, on September 6. By October 2026, the focus shifted to her presence at Paris Fashion Week. On October 3, the 40-year-old artist walked the runway for Junya Watanabe’s Spring/Summer 2027 collection, showcasing three distinct maternity looks that emphasized her baby bump. These looks included a plum-colored crop top and leggings set with pink accents, a beige trench coat, and a deconstructed black leather jacket with silver beaded cords. One ensemble featured a dramatic chandelier-style crystal headpiece. Ciara described the experience as a “major dream come true,” noting she had initially worried her pregnancy might not align with the designer’s vision. Following the runway appearance, she attended the Business of Fashion BoF500 Gala at the Shangri-La Hotel Paris, wearing a sheer black lace Dolce & Gabbana dress that also highlighted her pregnancy. ## Timeline ### 2026-10-03: Ciara showcases pregnancy on Junya Watanabe runway in Paris Singer Ciara made a surprise appearance at Paris Fashion Week, walking the Junya Watanabe runway three times to showcase her pregnancy and attending the BoF500 Gala in Dolce & Gabbana. 21 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/ciara-walks-junya-watanabe-runway-at-paris-fashion-week ### 2026-09-20: Ciara performs at iHeartRadio Music Festival while pregnant Ciara performed a high-energy set at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas while pregnant, and participated in a health advocacy panel regarding HIV prevention and women's wellness. 11 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/ciara-performs-high-energy-set-at-iheartradio-music-festival-while-pregnant --- Cite as: Ciara pregnancy and public appearances.
