Following these organizational efforts, Flores filed two complaints with the Attorney General's Office (FGR) against Governor Samuel García, his wife Mariana Rodríguez, and Monterrey Mayor Adrián de la Garza. She alleges involvement in organized crime, embezzlement, and illicit enrichment, specifically claiming a triangulation of approximately 7.2 billion pesos in state funds toward firms linked to the Governor's family. 

Additionally, Flores accused De la Garza and former municipal comptroller Jovita Morín Flores of irregularities regarding a solar park contract with Next Energy, which reportedly caused 7.37 billion pesos in damages. Amidst these legal actions, Senator Adán Augusto López Hernández is reportedly working to reorganize Morena in the state to support Flores's political project during internal friction with the Labor Party and the Green Ecological Party of Mexico.
