Collegiate women’s soccer programs are launching their upcoming seasons with several key matchups. 

Syracuse University is set to host Villanova for its 31st season on August 13, featuring a new offensive lineup and goalkeeper Maya Naimoli. The Syracuse men’s soccer program is also beginning its campaign against No. 24 UConn, featuring Kelvin Da Costa and Bryson Rodriguez.

The third-ranked Duke Blue Devils began their campaign in Los Angeles against Southern California before returning home to host FIU. Led by head coach Kieran Hall, the roster returns eight starters and follows a 2025 season that included an NCAA College Cup appearance. Sam Courtwright recently earned ‘TopDrawerSoccer National Team of the Week’ honors.

Other programs beginning their campaigns on August 13 include Middle Tennessee State University, which is celebrating 30 years of soccer under head coach Aston Rhoden, and TCU, which opens on the road against No. 22 Wisconsin. TCU enters the season as a top preseason pick in the Big 12, led by All-American players Seven Castain and Morgan Brown.
