Mikołów has hosted a variety of local cultural, business, and sporting activities. In late September, the city organized the Business In Silesia conference, musical performances, a literary meeting, a honey festival, and several sporting competitions, including a street race and a volleyball tournament.

By October, the focus shifted toward traditional celebrations with the inaugural ‘Powrót Dziadów’ festival. This event, organized by the Municipal Public Library and the Krawczyk 21 Association, featured torchlight processions, traditional songs, and rituals led by ethnologist Professor Grzegorz Odoja.
