Sestri Levante is hosting several community events throughout October 2026. The month begins with the Andersen Run, a sporting event organized by the Atletica Levante society featuring three different race distances. This event necessitates temporary traffic interruptions and one-way street modifications in areas such as San Bartolomeo and Riva Ponente.

Later in the month, the city will host a national rally by the Associazione Nazionale Autieri d'Italia, which includes a parade of historical vehicles and will result in transit bans and parking restrictions. Additionally, a first aid training day organized by Arinox and the Arvedi Group in collaboration with the Italian Red Cross is scheduled for October 17 to provide emergency life-saving training for employees and their families.
