In the subsequent stage of the tournament, both Mount Pleasant FA and Portmore United advanced to the Caribbean Cup final, scheduled for December. This matchup marks the first time since 2004 that two Jamaican clubs will compete for the regional title. Both finalists have also qualified for the 2027 Concacaf Champions Cup.

In the other semi-final, Haiti’s Violette AC was eliminated despite a 2-1 second-leg win over Portmore United, failing to overcome a 3-1 deficit from the first leg. Violette AC will compete in a third-place playoff against Club Sando.
