Corinthia Group has announced a partnership with Carolina Partners Ltd. to develop an ultra-luxury hotel and branded residential project on Grace Bay in Turks and Caicos. The development is set to occupy the last remaining undeveloped beachfront parcel on that stretch of Grace Bay.

The project, led by Corinthia Real Estate Ventures, is planned to include a 50-suite Corinthia-branded hotel and a collection of serviced residences, including villas, casitas, and condominiums. Planned amenities for the site include a spa, wellness center, swimming pools, a beach club, restaurants, retail spaces, and padel courts.

As the project moves toward formal planning approval, construction is expected to begin in 2027.
