CorreBasket UAT has faced consecutive losses in the opening games of recent series held in Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas.

In August, El Calor de Cancún defeated CorreBasket UAT 90-83. Despite a 24-point performance by Chancellor Calhoun, the local team could not overcome a halftime deficit. 

In September, as part of the 2026 LNBP season, Dorados de Chihuahua defeated CorreBasket UAT 86-79. Although CorreBasket UAT held a 65-62 lead entering the final quarter, Dorados secured the victory in the closing minutes. The team remains four wins away from an eighth-place playoff spot.
