The Cremona Musica Expo & Festival established Cremona as a global music industry hub, featuring more than 400 exhibitors from over 35 countries. The event included diverse thematic sections such as Mondomusica, the Acoustic Guitar Village, and the Electric Sound Village, alongside various “Fuori Salone” events throughout the city.

A central component was the inaugural Cremona Musica Piano Contest, organized with Yamaha Music Europe, which featured finalists performing at the Sala Stradivari. The festival also highlighted regional culture through the Accordion Music Show, which presented ‘Musiche Furlane’, a collection of traditional and new Friulian compositions.
