Various criminal incidents and legal rulings have been reported across Spain.

In September, judicial proceedings resulted in several sentences, including a four-year prison term for a Romanian national who defrauded an elderly widower of nearly 400,000 euros through a fictitious romantic relationship. Other rulings included a two-and-a-half-year sentence for a nurse in Pamplona for unauthorized access to medical records and a six-and-a-half-year sentence for a man in Arteixo for a vehicular assault against an ex-partner.

By October, reports shifted toward criminal arrests and additional legal developments. Authorities arrested youths for a hate crime in Mairena del Aljarafe and detained individuals in Murcia for the illegal transfer of fuel. Other reported incidents included domestic violence, child abduction, and a social media harassment campaign targeting local officials in Manilva. The High Court of Justice of Andalusia also confirmed sentences related to the sexual abuse of a minor in Jaén.

Recent judicial updates in Spain include the TSJA confirming a nine-year sentence for a man who abused his disabled stepdaughter in Jaén and a four-year sentence for a man in Huelva. In Mallorca, a trial is currently underway regarding the repeated rape of a minor by a man met through a video game. Further police actions include the detention of a man in Palma for assaulting an ex-partner and kidnapping their infant, alongside the continued reporting of the fuel smuggling in Murcia.

In early October, the Guardia Civil arrested two youths in Mairena del Aljarafe for a hate crime involving the violent assault of a homeless person. Additionally, a man in Sabinillas was detained for spreading manipulated videos and making threats against the Mayor of Algeciras and local police.
