Germany continues to address various high-profile criminal proceedings and law enforcement actions involving terrorism, organized crime, and local offenses.

In Frankfurt, Stuttgart, and Munich, courts are conducting trials against a suspected terrorist group led by Heinrich XIII. Prinz Reuß. Prosecutors claim the group intended to overthrow the German state to establish a new political and military structure. Simultaneously, regional courts in Stuttgart are managing cases involving drug trafficking, gang fraud, and robbery-extortion.

Law enforcement activity has also focused on organized robbery and impersonation scams. In Hannover, authorities arrested ten suspects, aged 17 to 26, in connection with a robbery series occurring between October 2025 and May 2026. The group is accused of luring victims into apartments under false pretenses, where they were threatened with knives and tied up to steal cash, jewelry, and cryptocurrency.

Further fraud investigations have led to arrests in Hannover-Mühlenberg, where two men aged 19 and 20 were detained for attempting to collect cash from a 92-year-old man after the victim was pressured via phone by individuals posing as police officers. In Bad Orb, a 16-year-old was also detained for allegedly acting as a collector in a similar scheme targeting a senior citizen through fraudulent claims of legal authority.
