In Hanoi, police prosecuted five individuals for manufacturing and selling counterfeit gas by using stolen brand names and anti-counterfeit seals to mimic legitimate products. In Ha Tinh province, a former electric industry worker was arrested for the planned theft of a transformer from a brick factory.

In Phu Tho province, an individual was arrested for producing and using various forged documents, including driver’s licenses and health certificates, to secure transport contracts. Meanwhile, in An Giang province, authorities prosecuted an individual for illegal mineral exploitation involving the unauthorized removal of clay from a canal bed for sale as construction material.
