Dennis Miracles Aboagye, an aide and communications director hopeful for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has raised criticisms regarding the implementation of Ghanaian educational policies.

Initially, Aboagye addressed the Free Senior High School (SHS) program, noting that while it has increased enrollment and removed financial barriers, the government has failed to resolve logistical issues such as supply chain delays and inadequate food quality in schools. 

His criticism subsequently focused on the tertiary education ‘No-Fee-Stress’ policy. Aboagye argued that the policy has failed to benefit students because it requires them to pay fees upfront and seek reimbursement later. He stated that this arrangement forces low-income families to secure loans, which contradicts the goal of eliminating financial stress and may prevent impoverished students from accessing higher education.
