Cultural initiatives in Croatia have focused on the preservation and celebration of regional linguistic and musical heritage. 

In late July, the National Library Kali hosted the fifth “ŠtoKajČa” literary-musical festival. This event aimed to promote the three principal Croatian dialects—štokavian, kajkavian, and čakavian—as a unified cultural good through performances by various singers, writers, and lecturers.

Following this, regional efforts continued with the debut of Natalija Vidak’s poetry collection, ‘O’te vi’te’, in Virovitica, which seeks to preserve the Mikeši dialect. Additionally, a musical spectacle titled ‘Tvoja zemlja’ was held in Kastav to honor the 90th anniversary of artist Vice Vukov, celebrating his legacy across the country’s major dialects.
